Description: Whenever you morph into a new form for the first time you can make a Hard Recall check (Hard DC 10 + Level x 2) to gain 1 Power Point per degree of success (max of 5PP) to spend mimicking the person you’ve Morphed into. These power points must be used to replicate the Traits or Powers of the particular person you’re morphed into. You can only make this check one time, but gain the same replicated traits and powers every time time you morph into that particular form
