You can move through the water, quickly. While this effect is active you have a Swim speed rank equal to your Swimming rank -1. You can make Athletics checks to swim as routine checks. You can lift and carry the normal mass for your Strength while swimming. Swimming does not allow you to breathe underwater. For that, see the Immunity effect. Nor does it ignore the effects on actions taken underwater. For that, see the Environmental Adaptation effect of the Movement effect.

FLAWS
Rocket: You can only swim in a straight line from point to point while your Swimming effect is active. Changing direction requires an additional Move action. -1 cost per rank
